Can everyone be hypnotised?

Hypnosis can be experienced by everyone but how quickly and how deeply can vary with the individual and can vary from session to session.

What does a Hypnotherapy Session involve?

Single Sessions = 50 minutes.

Stop Smoking = 2 hours.

You will sit comfortably and I will induce relaxation by speaking in a calm and soothing manner. I will offer suggestions of your desired change to your subconscious.

You will be aware of what is being said and you will be in complete control.

How do I book a session?

Where are the sessions held?

Video Online and Telephone Counselling are available.

Suspended Currently - In Person Sessions are held at The Spinney Treatment Centre, 1 The Spinney, Eastern Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 3NG.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments, otherwise full payment of the session is retained.

How can I pay?

Stripe - is a secure online payment system. You will be sent a unique link to pay prior to each session.

Any data collected on this page will be used and stored for the purposes of contacting you only.
