"I have suffered with anxiety for many years, but recently this had become worse and mentally challenging. Niamh was recommended to me by a close friend, I was so apprehensive at first but I am so glad I decided to go ahead with the belief coding session. Niamh was so welcoming and friendly from the get go, I almost immediately felt at ease. She was kind and considerate all throughout the session. Since my session I have been able to live a whole new life, I feel so much happier within myself and I am now able to complete day to day activities that I would have never even have attempted to do prior to my session. "I recently had a Belief Coding session with Niamh and I can’t comprehend how grateful I am for her! She was kind, caring and helped create a safe space for me through the session.. she made me feel very calm and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout.
